Stack bond or Stretcher Bond - That is the Question...

An example of 'stack bond' tiling layout

Plently of 'stretcher bond' tiles examples

I have suggested to a client of mine to use new 200x100 white gloss tiles for the splashback in her new kitchen. I emailed her today with a 'stack bond' and 'stretcher bond' example so she could let me know her preference. You can see above with 'stack bond' the tiles and grout lines are all lined up while the stretcher bond is like a brick format.
I could only find a few images of the stack bond style but plently of the stretcher bond style. Stretcher seems to be more classic and suits both modern and traditional kitchens.
I'm keen on the stretcher bond and hope to have this for my new kitchen splashback.
