What would your walls say if they could talk?
Mine would probably say, "Stop singing, PLEASE!
And don't EVER try out for American Idol because
you can not sing on tune, lady!"
I really like the use of chalkboard paint in these rooms,
and finally the walls have their say!
If I had a pantry I would totally do this! I can't
tell you how many times I went searching for that
last ingredient only to realize that I was out... hate that!
Not sure if I would like a laundry sign nagging
me though. I am already well aware that the
never ending heap is ever ready to be
washed. I wouldn't appreciate the arrow
mocking me either.
Seriously, if you have teens you know what
I'm talking about. You finally make it to the
bottom and feel that sense of accomplishment
only to turn around to find there is a new
pile of dirty clothes even bigger than before.
Sometimes I find money in the wash which
makes me feel I'm getting paid for all the laundry I do.
"Oh look, I made $10 on one load of wash!" It's money
Tim or I gave the kids and I end up putting it in a vase
in the laundry room for the next time one
of them needs a couple of bucks.
So, I'm not TECHNICALLY getting paid...
it's a stupid little game I play to make it
less boring... so now you know I sing bad,
my walls hate it & I play dumb games when I
do wash!
