I had the nicest thing happen today. After a stress
filled trip to the mall in a state of panic because I have
absolutely nothing to wear to a wedding on Saturday, I ended up
with a dress I don't like, (hate possibly), and a pair of
Spanx to hold it all in. Ugh!
(That's what I get for waiting until the last minute)!
I got home and had a woman with her father knock on the
door and introduce themselves. Apparently, he's a builder
and they have been by our house several times because she
and her husband like it so much they were considering
having her Dad the build something similar for them.
I was more than happy to give them the grand tour!
They were so appreciative and sweet and, honestly, if
someone gets excited about design as much as I do then
we become fast friends.
Well, I may need the Spanx and shopping may not
be as easy as when I was a size 2 back in the day but
at least my house looks good!
