I am loving these painted red doors! Would you paint your interior closet doors
to add a punch of color?
Side note: We spent the better part of the long weekend visiting colleges with
our son. It was interesting to say the least. The first college we visited had two
other families taking the tour along with us. One of the boys had a (father? grandfather?) with him.
Anyways, this man thought he was a pirate, not only was he about 100 years old he was
sporting a sailor's cap. He had, (and I am not exaggerating), a pirate's accent and actually asked our
tour guide if the college offered ship building. It took all of my self control not to bust out singing...
"yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!" The second school was a beautiful campus, I had high hopes. After an hour and 15 mins. into the tour we had learned where the kids play nintendo, that the campus was no longer a dry campus for upper classmen, where the bands play, where the movie theatre was but had not seen a classroom. At this point, I turn to my son and say, "Well, if you want a major in drinking with a minor in woman, then this is the school for you." I know the right school is just out there waiting for him... let's hope it doesn't entail ship building or pirates!
