Diseño innovador al aire libre: La Mesa y asiento de Extremis - Innovative Outdoor Design

Hoy les muestro un diseño de mesa para exteriores muy práctica que podría ser de mucha ayuda para la planificación de un día de campo.

Este diseño ha sido hecho por Extremis, una empresa belga especializada en muebles de exterior. Es un producto original, con una mirada simple, pero muy cautivadora.

Nos gusta el aspecto general del diseño, ya que nos hace pensar inmediatamente en un picnic al aire libre. ¿Te parece que este tipo de mesa es atractiva, o prefieres una mesa con asiento por separado?

Life has settled and continued at 292. I haven't written much about it for a while, however, it all goes well. Both apartments have lovely tenants and the new garden is slowly growing with new shoots sprouting. Dad and I are almost ready to apply for the Code of Compliance. We have been finishing little details over the last few months - when weather, time and energy allows us. It was on this gorgeous day that I decided to take a good look on how far 292 has come - and indeed it has. Aren't before and after photos great?

Hermosas y cómodas terrazas

La terraza debe ser un lugar hermoso y cómodo para pasar un tiempo placentero.

Aquí les traigo algunas ideas para que este lugar sea verdaderamente hermoso y relajante.

Novedosas duchas para el jardín o exterior

Han sido días muy calurosos últimamente, y rociarse con una manguera de agua fría en el jardín es una gran alternativa a una piscina o al mar (especialmente si usted no tiene acceso a uno de estos).

Les muestro una alternativa para darse una ducha en el jardín o exterior de tu hogar.

Unos muebles muy naturales

Me encanta la ecología, el reciclaje y todo lo relacionado con el medioambiente y la naturaleza. Por eso en cuanto he visto estos muebles me he quedado prendada, porque me han parecido de lo más original que he visto en cuanto a mobiliario de exterior.
Se llaman Furnibloom, unos muebles muy naturales, ya que este conjunto de mobiliario lleva en su interior un jardín. Es una mezcla un tanto extraña ya que se mezcla lo que es mobiliario y el jardín, tenemos dos en uno.

Esta mesa y sillas, son obra del arquitecto y paisajista Dagný Bjarnadóttir. Y están elaborados en plexiglass, y son muy útiles para los amantes de la jardinería ya que pueden cultivar plantas en el interior de estos muebles, así no tienes el espacio más que aprovechado, porque el jardín lo tienes integrado en el mobiliario.

Ya no tendrás una excusas para no tener un jardín en casa porque la falta de espacio no será nunca más un problema.

Aunque yo te aconsejo que este tipo de mobiliario lo pongas en una terraza por el tema de la luz y la temperatura, pero también la podrías poner en el interior del hogar siempre que tenga una temperatura óptima para el cultivo y por supuesto mucha luz.

La luminaria para exterior

La firma belga TAL, ha incorporado a su catálogo 2008 una nueva versión de la baliza Menhir, ampliando así la gama de esta colección de luminarias.

La baliza Menhir es una luminaria para exterior fabricada con piedra natural (mármol de tonalidades grises) y difusor de plexiglás. La combinación de estos materiales permite que su uso sea muy apropiado para instalaciones en lugares con climas severos o cercanos al frente marítimo.

Cabe destacar, que la piedra natural también nos ofrece una gran resistencia y durabilidad, así como la perfecta integración en la naturaleza.

Esta baliza va equipada con lámpara de 60W incandescente y la posibilidad de incorporar lámparas de bajo consumo. Puede colocarse como sobremuro o como baliza.

292 - Driveway

The old driveway is gone and getting ready for the concrete to arrive tomorrow.

New slat walls beside the deck and around the entrance at the back. Waiting for me to paint them.

Euan working on the driveway on the other side of the building. That's a new driveway edge which will have planting behind. Retaining walls waiting for me to stain them.

I haven't updated about 292 for a while but that's not to say that nothing has been happening! Plenty has been going on.

All the interior painting has been finished and the tiling is well underway - finished by the end of tomorrow we hope. Meanwhile, Euan the builder has been tackling the outside area. Last week this area was a complete mess - the plumbers had dug up all the dirt to lay the pipes. It was during the heavy rainstorms so there was water and mud everywhere. It is looking much better now and even more so tomorrow when the concrete truck arrives.

Dad and I have a weekend of finishing exterior painting details and cleaning up in preparation for next week. The plumbers and electricians will take over early next week to do their finishing touches, then the carpet will follow, in which I then follow with all my belongings and officially move in. Yah!
