Cookin' Up Some Glam

via 1, 2, 3
If it's wrong to be madly, deeply and passionately in love with a kitchen, then I'm
way beyond guilty!  Holy smokes, I could do some serious entertaining in there!
I think 2011 is the perfect time to bring some more glam into my home.
Are you into glamorous rooms?
I'm helping out Dawn over at, The Alternative Wife.  If you don't already
follow Dawn's blog then you are in for a treat.  She is one of my favorite daily
stops for beautiful inspiration.

Color Soiree ~ Black and White

Happy weekend!  What do you have on the agenda?  Our short break from college tours has resumed again, (luckily today's tour is only an hour away ~ the perfect distance if you ask me.  It's a good feeling to know you can get in the car and be there the same day if you child needs you.  I'm working on cutting the strings... it's tough).   So what do you have planned?  I wish my day consisted of carrying home that Chanel bag with some lovely goodies tucked inside! xo

Inspiration - Black doors

There's something classic and British about the glossy black front door. I am doing up my place next year and I'm keen to do this on my front doors - not that my house looks at all like 10 Downing Street as seen above.
