A Nantucket Christmas

 Last year my husband surprised with with this lovely coffee table book filled with beautiful

images capturing our favorite island during the Holiday season.  Flipping through it 

renewed my desire to someday inhabit the island as a local.  Nantucket at Christmastime

is the quintessential picturesque village that one envisions a Christmas village should look like.
Truly right out of a storybook.  Who wouldn't want to live in a storybook?

Interiors {It's A Dog's Life}

Hi Sweets!  Hope you are enjoying your weekend.  The weather in New England has

been beautiful!  The hubby and I went to see The Social Network movie and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of seeing it. 
 I love these photos dedicated to man's best 

friend.  Our four legged friends give us so much love,  I think they deserve their own post.

I always say DOG is GOD spelled backwards... they both love unconditionally and 

forgive us our shortcomings!  Do you own a dog?  I'd love to hear the breeds and names of your beloved pooch! xo

Milestones

Tonight we are going to a graduation

ceremony for our daughter, Logan, who is

graduating from 8th grade.

Seem like yesterday I was holding her hand

and helping her cross the road to preschool.

Not sure how she got so big in the blink of

an eye.

So High School it is... may she always

remain true to herself, reach for her dreams,

and know that she always has a soft place

to fall.

And I refuse to cry when they hand her

the diploma ~ hopefully I am getting

it all out now!
