Ladylike Liaison

via 1, 2, 3
These lovely rooms are befitting for a lady.  Dignified, graceful and refined.
I think being a lady has sadly become a lost art.  Reality television certainly doesn't help matters any with  shows such as the The Bad Girls Club.  I think girls are selling themselves short nowadays.
What do you think?

{Interiors} Inspired By Makeup Trends

Happy Tuesday!  I have been so busy trying to get
the kids ready to go back to school but I was able
to take some time to browse the Sephora website.
(Not quite as good as visiting the store itself,
which is always good therapy for me)!
Makeup artistry is an art form in itself, so today's
interiors draw inspiration from some of the latest
makeup trends.

{Interiors} Black & White

Viewing the world in
black and white can sure make life difficult,
sometimes it is so much easier if you can
see and accept the grey areas.

However, viewing these black & white
rooms is another story ~ no grey needed
here!

How do you view your world? Do you ever
struggle to find the grey?

Street Style Meets Decor

Happy Monday, Everyone! Hope your week is off to
a good start. Today's post incorporates a bit of
street style.

Sure, I love to pour over fashion magazines just as much
as the next girl, but street style just seems so much for accessible.

It's real people, it's their unique take on fashion and let's
face it ~ designer duds are not within every ones reach and
we all weren't blessed with the body of a super model.

I am loving the accents of black in these rooms!
I am thinking I will need to try black glossy doors
at some point!
