Pretty Space

This lovely space is as colorful as painted Easter eggs or jellybeans that the bunny might leave behind for you to find. If you celebrate Easter than what are your plans? Will you be hosting Easter dinner at your home this year?

Color Soiree: Creamy Whites

This gorgeous cottage is set in a historic and enchanting section of Sonoma, CA. It is owned by an antiques dealer which explains all of her gorgeous furnishings. I just love how a house transforms into a reflection of one's personality within the right hands.  I don't know about you, but I have my bags packed in case this cottage ever goes on sale. I'm ready to buy it fully furnished. The Sonoma Valley location certainly doesn't hurt either!

Simply Smitten: Statuesque Windows

via 1, 2, 3
Happy Tuesday, Cuties.  Hope your week is off to a great start.  I am loving these statuesque windows and French doors that are admitting plenty of fresh air and sunlight. Winter just doesn't want to let go here in Boston, but I am consoling myself that everything will be blooming before we know it!

Simply Smitten: Shades of Greige

Glorious design fitting for the Marie Antoinette that resides in all of us.  After all, doesn't every girl want to over indulge every now and then? What is your weakness when it comes to over indulgence?  Shoes? Macaroons? I have an affinity for pretty new lip glosses and Nutella crepes.

Go ahead and over indulge a little today... you deserve it!

Rustic Elegance

Sunlight streaming in through windows, flowing fabrics, natural elements, and a glowing fire all help to keep these rustic spaces of brick and stone from feeling cold.  Clementines are my favorite fruit and now I have another reason to love them... they add a punch of color when displayed!

Boulangerie at Home

It's so very true that the kitchen is the heart of a home.  I find that whenever I entertain, guests always gather around the kitchen island while I finish the last minute prep work.  I love a kitchen that feels as comfortable as it is beautiful, and for me this kitchen fits the bill.  The rustic elements keep it from being too pretentious.  I would love some plate warmers like the ones shown above if anyone knows of where I may find them please let me know!

Color Soiree: Shades of Marigold

Lovely shades of marigold warm up these rooms that are steeped in old-world charm.  I adore the breakfast room which is the is the perfect spot to linger with a rich cup of coffee and Ina Garten's Potato Basil Frittata.  I'd love you to join me!

Flirty, fun and oh so girly... this gorgeous bedroom with it's petal soft tones is the perfect,  "girls only" place to retreat!  I have a similar chandelier over my bed and absolutely love it.  I don't think I would even mind getting out of bed in the morning if I could sink my feet into that plush carpet!
