Happy Monday, Cuties! 

 Do you celebrate Easter? How was your holiday?

We decided to forgo tradition this year and met family at the beach for 

seafood. It was a nice change. The weather was fabulously perfect. We 

took the roof off the jeep and enjoyed the warm breeze on our skin and 

some good driving tunes. The day was completed with a stroll along the 

beach and some sand between our toes. This could very well become a

regular tradition. Do you have any unusual traditions?

This vibrant color makes just as big of an impact when used to matte a photo as it does when placed on an entire wall. As much as I love the impact, I think the boldest I am willing to go with it at this point is adoring my toenails.  How about you?  Would you be this bold with your decor?

I am loving this color combination which can leave a room feeling bright and cheery or dramatic and glamorous.  That is one dinner party I would like to attend!

I am not sure I am bold enough with my decor that I would dedicate an entire room to this majestic color.

Color Me Happy

Remember that feeling you got as a kid when you opened a fresh box of crayons?

So many hues to choose from... every color of the rainbow tucked inside a green and yellow box.

Crisp white paper awaiting to be filled with a harmony of hues.  

These rooms are the same way, aren't they?  Beautiful Crayola decor... inspiring and exciting.

I remember my sister and I trying to color inside the lines.  It makes me wonder.... is the way a child colors an indication of how they will live their adult life?  I think it's good to live life outside of the lines every now and then.

Cookin' Up Some Glam

way beyond guilty!  Holy smokes, I could do some serious entertaining in there!

Oh, wouldn't that first room be divine for a small New Year's soiree?  There is nothing better
than sinking into a comfy velour sofa for some delicious conversing with that interesting someone.
We have not made any New Year's plans made as of yet, (yes, thank you again Mr. Flu... you can leave now)!  How do you plan on ringing in the new year?

{Interiors} Plum Perfection

Visions of plums dance in my head...

Do you have plum in your decor?  I have quite a bit in my wardrobe I

admit!  I am loving the rich majestic feel of these rich plum tones and 

could definitely spend a quiet evening in that last room absorbed in

a great book!
